  • 27 000 people from 25 countries watched StartSmart! last event’s live-stream

    The last StartSmart! spring session seminar for start-ups titled ”Roadmap2GlobalMarkets“ was held at Ülemiste City in Tallinn at the end of last week. This time the focus was on internationalization, and the event was aimed at Estonian and Finnish companies. However, due to the fact, that all events organised in the framework of StartSmart! series are streamed live in English, these events have become extremely popular among budding entrepreneurs all around the world. More than 3,000 people from 25 countries such as Australia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Japan, Cameroon, and the USA followed the live broadcast of the last seminar.

  • Finland and Estonia agreed to develop the competitiveness of start-ups and co-operation in the field

    Row of joined events between Finnish and Estonian organizations started under the conduction of Estonian Development Fund. The aim of the project is to raise the competitiveness of Estonia and Finland by supporting births of innovative and international start-ups. The first conference named Wantrepreneur 2 Entrepreneur takes place in Tallinn on 1. – 2. December. In addition to Estonian Development Fund the project is partnered by University of Aalto, Enterprise Estonia, Technopolis Ülemiste AS and BDA Consulting OÜ.
