Haven’t you felt that you should have a greater purpose to drive you in the working life? „The be-all and end-all“ why you wake-up in the morning, get out of the bed and go to work happy and eager?
Mark Zuckerberg has said that they do not build services to make money, they make money to build better services. Statistics say that 93% of Facebook employees would recommend their working place to their friends. There has to be something in sharing values and having a great story behind your business, as most of the companies could not get their workers to recommend their working place half as much!
Why not then learn from the very people who have followed their heart and found a balance between following your passion and money. Our speakers will tell how they have combined a greater social cause with business and made it both financially sustainable and also solving some heart-aching issue they care about.
Please also join our workshop on 04.12. It is Xmas coming and this time we are trying to find business models for some social issue for Estonia! You are welcome to come with your own social idea, but those who do not have an idea yet, are very welcome to come, join some team with idea they care about and contribute to making everybody’s future life better! Let’s do it together!
